Geoffrey R. Hoguet

Mr.-Geoffrey-R.-HoguetGeoffrey R. Hoguet is Managing Member of GRH Holdings, LLC, an investment company active in real estate, public and private equities in the U.S, and Europe, including Central and Eastern Europe. Until 1997 he was a member of the Executive Committee of Creditanstalt Investment Bank, Vienna and President and Chief Executive Officer of Creditanstalt International Advisers, Inc. of New York. From 1983 to 1989 he was President of Hoguet, Keller, Wittman& Co. specializing in money management and private equities subsequently sold to Creditanstalt Bankverein. His other experience includes ten years with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in Paris and New York. He received a B.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School in 1972.

Mr. Hoguet is a principal of the Rothschild’sche Forstverwaltung; a member of the Board of Directors of Allied Resources Corp.; a member of the Board of Advisors of the Polish Private Equity Fund and Safeguard International Fund LP.Mr. Hoguet has served on several not-for-profit boards including the Boards of the New York Studio School, The Hastings Center, the Polish American Freedom Foundation, the Foundation for a Civil Society, the Oquirrh Institute, the International Brain Trauma Foundation, Princess Margarita of Romania Foundation, the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and the USA Cycling Development Foundation. He is also a member of the International Advisory Council of the International Crisis Group.
